Deposits
Deposits paid to initiate a publishing project are generally non-refundable, as they secure our time and resources for your project.
Project Cancellation by Client
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed rate
- Any unused portion of prepaid fees, less the value of work completed, may be refunded
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation
Project Cancellation by Edmondson Books
In the rare event that we must cancel a project, we will refund all fees paid for work not yet completed within 14 business days.
Dissatisfaction with Services
- Please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery
- We will revise the work at no additional charge within the agreed scope
- If revisions do not resolve the issue, we will review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis
Non-Refundable Items
- ISBN and copyright registration fees (third-party costs)
- Printing and production costs once orders are placed
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Consultation fees for completed sessions
